2018 Hunters Helping Hunters USA Assistance Program Annual Report

January, 2019

At some point and time we all need help. Well then why do we find it difficult to ask for what we need when we need it most?  Hunters Helping Hunters USA was started based on a fellow hunter in need and a group of friends banding together to help provide those needs.   That core mission stands true today.

Author and life coach, Sallie Felton gives us reasons we don’t ask for help when we need it. Some are listed here:

1.      “I don’t want to be a burden on them.”

2.      “If I ask for help, it’s being selfish.”

3.      “I feel obligated to help them in return.”

4.      “I’m not that important.”

5.      “I don’t want people to know how bad it is.”

Our goal at HHH USA is to provide assistance because part of the hunting tradition is giving back and providing for one’s family and friends.  We are paying it forward because at some time, we needed assistance in some way or another.  It is hard to ask for help, we understand, and that’s one of the issues that HHH USA is working on for 2019, making it easier for those in need.   HHH has plans to increase its social presence and assistance programs availability through new platforms like Linkedin.   Stay tuned as HHH USA works to be a better steward and a better provider to our hunting friends and families in need.

The entire Board of Directors, and all of the Hunters Helping Hunters USA supporters are committed to our mission. And as we look to the future, we can proudly say that HHH USA, is ready to assist the hunting community! And once again we would like to thank everyone for your continued support.

Total Assistance granted to date ending 2018: $29,274.42
